It's resolution time isn't it? I love when the New Year comes around and we are able to sort of start fresh with a clean slate. Many people always pledge that they are going to become healthier or lose weight or run a marathon and never stick to those resolutions. And I am usually one of those people...but not this year! Well at least for the next 90 days anyway haha! I am starting a new health and fitness challenge tomorrow and would love for you to join along with me! There are no rules or set guidelines for this challenge....just a promise to yourself to strive for 90 days to be a fitter, healthier you! And I'm starting tomorrow...
