Getting fit again in 2015

It's resolution time isn't it? I love when the New Year comes around and we are able to sort of start fresh with a clean slate. Many people always pledge that they are going to become healthier or lose weight or run a marathon and never stick to those resolutions. And I am usually one of those people...but not this year! Well at least for the next 90 days anyway haha! I am starting a new health and fitness challenge tomorrow and would love for you to join along with me! There are no rules or set guidelines for this challenge....just a promise to yourself to strive for 90 days to be a fitter, healthier you! And I'm starting tomorrow...

So take a look at my health and fitness blog, if you are interested, and become part of my audience...because lord knows I need one in order to stick to my resolutions! Or join along with me and lets get healthy in 2015!

Be sure to take a gander at last year's challenge! I was able to lose 10 lbs and keep it off all while traveling the world!

Here's to abs!!

  1. Good for you for losing ten pounds and keeping it off while traveling! It's hard when exposed to all sorts of culinary dishes you may not normally be able to find... I am up for this challenge! I'm trying really hard to lose some more weight (I've already lost 22 pounds which I'm happy about, but I still want more - I was pretty chunky) and get in better shape.

  5. I think because I was so strict with my workouts I was able to beat gaining any weight when we traveled.....because I definitely indulge whenever we go somewhere :)

  8. Way to go! Best of luck with your fitness goals this year! I restarted yoga on January 1st (after 3+ months of no practicing at ALL... I really got out of the loop on that one) and so far I've been keeping it up 3-4 times a week, even though I've been so busy. Kinda proud of myself for prioritizing it over random internet browsing :)
